...to show the world what my apartment here in Brooklyn looks like.
So here goes... you ready?
[warning: there are a TON of pictures
and you can click on them to make them bigger]
the hallway in to the apartment.
closet door on the immediate right
and the bathroom with the black and white floor.
the bathroom
a view into the hallway from the bathroom
[our walls are a sweet kelly green]
and a bit of boo!
more of the bathroom
onto the living room and kitchen
like the wood floors?
the living room
the kitchen is to the right.
and we have a balcony out the sliding doors...
slowly turning to see our....
bedroom doors...
vince and kaleenas is on the left
alex and mine is the open one
we are borrowing our iron gym from the neighbors
alex is getting all buff... oh yeah!
oh and i can't even do one...
and here is the kitchen...
its very little with hardly any counter space but i love it
and check out our snazzy stainless steel appliances
and gas stove
you know you're jealous
out to see our backyard now...
the view from our balcony
our backyard... courtyard area...
i put two pictures together but this is our bed!
our walls are sweet mint green and a light grey..
i love it!
this is the tiny slit of a window that alex and i have in our room
we put clear contact paper on it
cause you can see into our neighbors rooms
WEIRD!
we have a huge metal door where the furnace and water heater is
in our room... so we use it to put up pictures...
see melis? i have your magnets
and we have some pictures alex's mom sent us
oh and dad thats the emergency switch that magically turned on the heat!
[that was a fun conversation of the phone huh?]
and the end of the bed...
we found that bookcase on the street in front of our apartment on trash day!
our closet.
all of our clothes are either in here or under the bed
in plastic containers to save space
and most of the time on the floor...
and that is all...
this is the hallway out and to the bathroom
thanks for looking!!

The view from your balcony reminds me of Jason Schwartzmann's view of Paris in "Hotel Chavelier" before The Darjeeling Limited.
ReplyDeleteI'm so impressed. Your apartment looks great!
